In the area between Caorle and Bibione there is the so-called La Brussa and the Oasis Vallevecchia, a protected lagoon area with more than 4 km of sandy coastline in its natural state and with an inside land inhabited by a hundred people really attached to the traditions. A special feature are the “Casoni”, old cabins used as seasonal homes by anglers and now used as stores or restaurants, where tourists can enjoy some typical products.
